Your Checklist
Things you need to know before we arrive
It is within the client’s interest to ensure that the following checklist is adhered to.
We are not liable for any damage to the property that may occur/that could have been prevented due to the following not being adhered to.
Checklist for all services
External access arrangement
Technicians are able to have external access to the building/property.
Side access arrangement
Technicians have side access if possible and if necessary.
Clotheslines clearance
All washing is off of any clotheslines on the premise.
Pets and animal control
Any pets/animals are locked up or inside.
Water
Access to water.
Failure to ensure/follow these checklist requirements may limit and restrict the service that our technicians would be able to provide at the scheduled time. This may result in a call out fee surcharge applying and/or needing to reschedule the works for another time.
Checklist for external washing
Secure exterior openings
All windows, doors and/or any openings to the outside are to be closed prior to our technicians arrival.
Clearance requirement
Any furniture, vehicles, potted plants or other items that impacts our technicians ability to clean or may potentially be impacted by run off must be moved from the area (for example outdoor furniture against a wall that is needing to be washed, vehicle parked on driveway that our technicians are pressure cleaning).
Household items clearance
Our technicians are not responsible for moving household items in order to clean, they need to arrive and be able to complete the works that we are booked to complete. If you require drop sheets for any house hold items/plants, you must let us know prior.
For external washing services (house/exterior washing, roof washing, pressure cleaning, and window cleaning related), we require the following as well as the above checklist.
